Attach-it! lets you add supporting documents in any format (Word, Excel, PDF…) to a Baan or MK report. There is always an occasion where the information within the ERP is not sufficient to make a sound decision.

Coupled with our Approve-it! approval flow process, any number of supporting documents can be automatically distributed with the original ERP report. Send your Quotation with product literature, or P.O. with HazMat regulated forms, or RMA/RGA confirmation with shipping instructions... At the end of the process, each of these attachments are also sent along by e-mail, fax, or laser-printed, using the same logic as a standard E-form.
